![Ryan Leslie came to Australia and performed for his much adoring fans on 25/05/12. Speaking for fans as enthused as Prevo and I; we were utterly amazed by his style, swag and confidence, yet loved his humble, kind and down-to-earth nature, this show went above and beyond all expectations.
With VIP tickets, we saw Ryan test his sound to ensure his fans were getting the perfect experience, while he chatted about how he found his way Down-Under. We then were photographed with the legend and got to meet him and shake his hand.
Unlike others, I was luckier. I not only saw the pre-show and the show, but I also partied up with Ryan and his gang at the after party at Marquee of The Star. Chris Morgan Rose, guitarist to the stars, was very hospitable offering free drinks, and fruit from the multiple platters while Ryan sat back and relaxed in the over-hyped atmosphere.
Not only did I experience all this, but then I featured in his video for Rain in Australia [View it here: http://youtu.be/Apxo3j5WBS4]. When I say featured, I mean, I’m yelling “ONE MORE, ONE MORE” at the end of the vid, but I mean c’mon, it’s pretty damn cool.
